"For the longest time, I was doing nothing. I would go to the gym and then go home and play video games and watch TV. Adaptive athletics has opened my eyes so much."

Navy Wounded Warrior provides enrollee families with a variety of support services to help make their jobs as caregivers more manageable.

"I look forward to the camaraderie and I am proud to represent my community and the Navy," said 2016 Warrior Games athlete.

Adaptive sports help wounded warriors build strength and endurance, while also drawing inspiration from their teammates.

   

Awareness Kit

To aid military leaders in their efforts on behalf of wounded warriors, Navy Wounded Warrior has developed an awareness kit, which includes a host of useful tools fact sheet about different elements of the organization.
